Kenworth Offers OBAC Members Rebates Up To $1,500
OBAC is pleased and excited to announce our first heavy truck rebate program. We have inked a deal with the Kenworth Truck Company to save members $1,500 on qualifying sleeper-cab trucks, and $1,000 rebates on certain daycab models. The program comes into effect April 15 and runs to year-end. While we hope the program will be renewed in 2011, one way to assure that happens is for you, our members, to consider Kenworth for your next truck purchase. If they see good uptake on the offer, we fully expect this program to continue indefinitely.
Here's the deal: Kenworth is offering a $1,500 rebate on purchases of new T660, T800, and W900 models equipped with sleepers. And the brand new, super aerodynamic T700, unveiled in March at the Mid-America Trucking Show, qualifies too. Rebates of $1,000 are available on T660, T800, and W900 daycabs -- including some dump, logging, and other vocational chassis configurations.
If you're still looking for a reason to join OBAC, this might be it. You get up to $1,500 back on a truck purchase for the price of an OBAC membership. Sounds like a good deal to us. All you have to do is identify yourself as an active OBAC member at time of purchase. Certain restrictions apply, of course, but they're completely reasonable. And when you're out shopping, make sure to tell the Kenworth dealer that you're an OBAC member.
It's clear from Kenworth's participation in this program that they recognize the owner-operator as an important part of their customer base.
